Our client are a leading global supplier of raw materials and services to the rotational moulding industry, bringing fresh ideas and exciting new materials to the market which expand the range of products that can be rotational moulded. They offer one of the widest selections of raw materials which can be used in a wide variety of applications.  

The Regional Sales Manager will assume full responsibility for the development and execution of the regional sales plan within Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, and Hungary, and is required to be based in Poland. This role must be prepared to take on the challenges associated with further accelerating the expansion of a growth business, thinking big and transforming innovative ideas into results. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and grow the targeted territory to exceed agreed annual revenue targets. 
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts for revenue and new pipeline opportunities. 
  • Own and report the win/loss ratio and provide timely competitive market intelligence. Responsible for existing customer retention, success and maintaining high levels of service. 
  • Establish and foster relationships at the appropriate level of prospective accounts. 
  • Qualify new opportunities, develop pricing strategies, propose, present and close new business. 
  • Develop compelling value-based propositions based on ROI/cost benefit analysis. 
  • Close collaborator with the internal teams, providing innovative ideas for business growth and development. 
  • Keep abreast of trends, news and information concerning the industry and market. 
  • Present on behalf of the business at industry related conferences and events. 

 

Requirements

  • Experience in Key Account Management/Technical Sales/Sales Manager/Business Development. 
  • Fluent English and Polish. 
  • Must have demonstratable record of consistently exceeding sales targets. 
  • Prior knowledge of the plastics and polymer industries (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including rapport building and influencing. 
  • Proven selling skills and commercial acumen with applied sales methodologies. 
  • Decisive and analytical in decision-making/problem solving. 
  • Self-motivated, determined and target driven. 
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% across Poland and Eastern Europe.
