Our Client develops and manufactures specialist chemical and paint products for the finishing industry. The company now have an opportunity for a Laboratory Technician to come and join their Paint team. This is a rare opportunity for a Chemistry Graduate to begin their career in a paint laboratory. Full training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Matching colours to recognised standards and/or to customer requirements.
• To support other areas in the laboratory such as testing, QC and QA.
• Support internal QA and manufacturing staff with technical issues.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Chemistry and willingness to learn

Salary flexible according to the experience of the candidate, with 32 days holidays (including bank holidays and period between Christmas and New Year). Working hours Monday – Thursday 8:30-5pm, Friday 7:30-2:30pm
